For a faster, more direct trip, a taxi from the house to the Old Town or the airport usually takes about as long as public transport, but drops you right at the door.

In winter, the nearest ski and snowboard hill is about 25 minutes away, so a day can start on the slopes and end in the sauna or hot tub back at the house.
